Critically reflect on the drivers of change, its components and impact on organisational performance and culture within diverse organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand
Critically evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes, techniques and methods, including kaupapa Māori approaches, for achieving organisational change outcomes
Analyse the contemporary dimensions of leadership, and their relationship to organisational change
