Critically evaluate the effectiveness of strategic management tools, frameworks and models used to analyse an organisation’s internal and external environments
Analyse the role of strategic leaders, and the effect of organisational culture and ethics on the implementation of the strategic management process
Critically evaluate solutions to strategy-related issues, including sustainability, to overcome organisational challenges within a bicultural and global context
