Critically evaluate the impacts of current HRM issues on organisational practices, workforce wellbeing, and strategic outcomes in an Aotearoa New Zealand context
Critically analyse the effectiveness of HRM responses to contemporary challenges within a legal, ethical and culturally relevant context
