Description
The learning outcomes for this course are:
Apply professional code of conduct competencies as an emerging event professional across all planning and operational functions for diverse event contexts
Apply principles of teamwork and group dynamics to collaborative event management settings, fostering effective communication, and collective responsibility
Apply planning, management, marketing and evaluation tools in the delivery and review of events integrating te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations and kaupapa Māori perspectives to ensure inclusive and culturally responsive practice
Critically evaluate events with stakeholders as part of an event team
