Evaluate the integration of the systems, physical resources and management processes of venue operation to ensure culturally responsive and sustainable event practices within the bi-cultural context of Aotearoa New Zealand
Critique customer management and site logistics of events, focusing on operational, layout, staffing and health and safety issues
Apply knowledge of event logistics to develop events plans in Aotearoa New Zealand, integrating te Tiriti o Waitangi and te ao Māori perspectives
