Sport Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion
The rapidly expanding areas of sport science, nutrition and health offer a wide range of exciting career opportunities. These include roles such as working as a trainer, sport scientist or nutritionist to improve the performance of elite athletes; or as a community health promoter or nutritionist to improve the health and wellbeing of the general population.
We offer certificates, diplomas, degrees and graduate diplomas in a range of areas related to sport science and health. Our degrees and graduate diplomas allow you to specialise in a particular area of interest.
Whatever you choice of programme, your study will equip you with up-to-date industry knowledge and real-world skills.
You'll gain the expertise needed to be effective in a wide range of disciplines including sport science, human nutrition, the promotion of good health and wellness, and the prevention of disease and injury. You’ll learn in new facilities which house modern teaching and learning spaces, laboratories, a recreation centre and a two-level sport venue.
We offer degree-level qualifications in Sport Science, Human Nutrition and Health Promotion. We also have a Certificate in Exercise.
