The following unit standards will be completed during this course:
- 17284 Demonstrate knowledge of coffee origin and production (Credits: 3)
- 17285 Demonstrate knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and prepare espresso beverages under supervision (Credits: 4)
- 17288 Prepare and present espresso beverages for service (Credits: 5)
