Critically evaluate the responsibilities of directors and governance bodies and how these are applied in practice

Assess the impact of the legal and regulatory requirements for governance bodies in a range of organisation contexts in Aotearoa New Zealand

Critically evaluate theories of governance and their application in general and Māori-specific organisational contexts
