Apply appropriate research methodologies to develop and support creative practice.

Relate and, where applicable, integrate relevant theoretical, technical or media specific concepts with creative practice, including an understanding of Te Ao Māori as an overarching research paradigm.

Survey, evaluate and communicate research findings in written and visual form, to establish the direction of applied, practice-based studio outcomes.
