The learning outcomes for this course are:
Apply tikanga Māori and other culturally appropriate approaches in beginning nursing practice
Reflect on the significance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi when planning and providing care for tangata whenua
Articulate and apply nursing assessment, clinical reasoning and clinical competence for beginning nursing practice
Identify and apply safe, ethical, legal and sustainable practice of medication administration in nursing contexts
