Description

Demonstrate an understanding of the relevance of Te Ao Māori, the status of tangata whenua and the importance of whakawhānaungatanga for the community facilitation workforce.

Examine the diverse issues experienced by contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand society relevant to the community facilitation workforce.

Demonstrate integration of knowledge, skills, behaviours, values and attitudes consistent for entry level practice in the community facilitation workforce.

Demonstrate ethical practice which includes reflection on own practice as a support worker in the community facilitation workforce.
