Ara Graduate Reports Ukraine Border Reality
After taking on her dream role as Newshub’s Europe Correspondent, NZBS graduate Lisette Reymer has been reporting on the current Russian invasion right on the Ukraine border.
Committed to sharing some of Ukraine’s heartbreaking stories with New Zealand viewers, Reymer and cameraman Daniel Pannett have been filming on the ground since February 24. Despite being surrounded by absolutely harrowing scenes, Reymer feels she is doing what she has always wanted to do – working as a television reporter and storyteller.
