Short course - quality assurance

Quality is fundamental to all successful businesses. This course uses the ISO 9001 framework to introduce philosophies and organisational techniques for establishing, maintaining and improving quality.

It is especially valuable if you are employed a business environment and need to understand how quality 'works'. The main requirement for succeeding in this course is a good level of reading and writing literacy.
