An industry project will form part of your studies and will provide you with hands-on experience that strengthens your understanding of the area.

Entry requirements

Academic requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any field excluding the specialisation being chosen.

Alternative requirements
  • Level 6 or 7 Diploma and relevant work and/or life experience (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree)
    or Evidence of equivalent practical, professional or educational experience eg 3 - 5 years full time work experience
Additional requirements
English requirements
  • If English is not your first language you are also required to provide evidence of your English language skills as listed below. Refer also to the Acceptable Alternatives Chart which includes credits in English-rich subjects from New Zealand educational institutions. If you have no evidence of your English language skills and are a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, contact us for an assessment.
  • IELTS 6.0 Academic (no lower than 6.0 in speaking, reading and writing subtests and 6.0 in listening subtest).
