Latte Lab is a three-day intensive course designed for anyone with existing barista skills who wishes to develop advanced milk texturing techniques.
You’ll learn how to enhance flavour, mouth feel and appearance by creating ultra-fine bubbles with perfectly textured milk. Through demonstration and practice you’ll also learn free pouring skills, latte design and how to create the perfect rosetta.
