Course Content

Learn how to prepare and serve a variety of cuisines from around the world.

Journey along exotic spice trails, from fragrant curries to Mexican stuffed chillies and saffron risotto. Compare characteristics of different dishes and expand your range of international foods.

This course can be paid for through your secondary schools' STAR budget.
