Get your hospitality career off to a flying start by gaining essential frontline skills for working in cafes, bars and restaurants.

Learning in our campus cafe from tutors with extensive experience, you'll acquire the skills to produce a range of bar and barista beverages to a high standard and provide informal table service. You'll also gain an understanding of operating procedures in cafes, bars and restaurants and learn how to communicate effectively in these environments.
