Content

Impress customers and your employer by developing your communication, café and barista skills as well as improving your understanding of business operating procedures.

You, your employer and Ara will enter a training agreement that will provide:

  • An individual training plan with regular feedback as you progress through the programme
  • On-job training and coaching from your employer and Ara industry training professionals
  • Off-job practical and knowledge training in our specialist barista and training restaurant/café spaces at Ara
  • Access to our Barista Online training package
  • Practical, on-the-job assessment opportunities to showcase your excellent service and communication techniques.
