Content

Become a competent business administrator. On this programme you'll learn how to provide administrative and general office services to support everyday operational activities.

Specifically you'll also learn how to perform financial calculations, process data, produce information for business purposes, communicate effectively with stakeholders and work co-operatively within a team to achieve objectives. Other areas covered include selecting and applying customer service techniques, applying effective problem solving, decision making, ethical behaviour and self-management.
