Acquire specialist retail knowledge and skills, enabling you to work at the highest levels of retail management.

This qualification will equip you with the skills that are required in today's competitive retail environment.

You'll gain specialist knowledge and skills in areas such as buyer behaviour, communication strategies, retail marketing, retail enterprise management, e-commerce business models and techniques to support e-commerce.

You'll also learn about the nature of sales, the selling process, customer relationship management, personal and territory management strategies, managing a multi-outlet retail business, human resources, logistics and supply chain management, and the management of merchandise, operations and finances.

Alternative requirements
  • Level 6 or 7 Diploma and relevant work and/or life experience (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree)
    or Evidence of equivalent practical, professional or educational experience eg 3 - 5 years full time work experience [relevant to business studies].
