Prepare for entry-level roles within a range of retail service and sales environments.

If you're interested in working in the service, sales or the retail sector, this programme will help you develop the skills and confidence to enable you to practice professional customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers.

You will gain skills in communication, health and safety, customer service and sales support, and be able to self-manage, problem-solve, understand consumer legislation and work within teams.

This programme is also offered for youth guarantee and CTC students.
