With the skills gained through this programme you'll be able to operate confidently and competently in entry and intermediate-level retail and customer service roles.

You'll learn health and safety practices, stock management, understanding operating procedures and policies, communication skills and sales techniques, loss prevention, theft and fraud, and handling payment transactions.
