Content

The Certificate in Tertiary Learning and Teaching is a 60 credit workplace-based programme for practicing classroom teachers.

The programme will enable you to develop the basic skills you need to engage learners, design and plan for learning, assess and provide feedback and to reflect on and evaluate classroom practice.

The programme is focussed on applied classroom practice, and is delivered through a blend of workshops, on-line independent and interactive activities and classroom support.

You will need to be working in a tertiary teaching environment with access to students, learning programmes and teaching opportunities.

Credit recognition is available for this programme; if you have related skills, knowledge and/or experience, it may count towards part or even all of the qualification.
