Studying hospitality management

When you study Hospitality Management at Ara, you'll enjoy using first class training facilities which include five kitchens, a fully equipped training bar, a reception training area, a hotel suite and our Visions on Campus licensed training restaurant.

We have a close relationship with a number of international hospitality providers, such as the International College of Hotel Management (IHCM) in Adelaide. Staff and students have the opportunity to gain valuable international experience as a result of these partnerships.

In addition to comprehensive programmes at certificate and diploma levels, we also offer short courses and industry training.

Graduates of the National Diploma in Hospitality Management can continue their studies at Ara to gain a Bachelor of Applied Management. Our graduates can be found in operational and supervisory roles in hospitality establishments around the world.
