Ara's Business facilities are located at our Madras Street campus in Christchurch, and at our Ashburton, Timaru and Oamaru campuses.
In addition to these mainstream subjects you will also be able to specialise in many different areas including accounting, business information systems, business transformation and change, events, HR management, innovation and entrepreneurship, operations and production management, project management and sales and marketing.
Bachelor of Applied Management students complete an internship of 400 hours. Internships are designed to provide you with the oppportunity to experience hands-on, the complexities of 'real world' working environments.
You will also be required to complete a research project based on your specialisation (major) with the internship provider.
An internship can result in a valuable referee for future use or even a job offer. It is the ideal launch pad for your vibrant career.
