Thinking of working in a kitchen or wondering what it would be like to be a chef? This course provides hands-on opportunities to work in a commercial kitchen environment, find out if this is the career for you and learn how to prepare a range of sandwiches and bakery goods that would be served in cafes.

This offering is for year 11-13 students only.

Please note this event runs for 6 days, on Tuesdays 7, 14, 21, 28 May, 4 & 11 June

This is an Experience Ara offering.
