Entre 2015 entries to win $85K
Wrack those business brains and be in to win this year's Entre $85KChallenge.
This is an entrepreneurial competition open to all CPIT and UC students, and gives entrants the chance to develop a business idea, into a reality.
Last year, our own Elizabeth Riach, who was completing a Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, won the grand prize for her project "My Killa Heels", which is a one-of-a-kind company that specialises in fully custom, hand-painted shoes for special occasions.
At yesterday's lunchtime meeting held at CPIT, attended by Entre representatives Ben Braid (left in pic) and Robbie McGregor (right), Liz's runner-up, then second-year UC commerce student Jorgen Ellis (centre) was also present, to talk about how his "Kitset Assembly Services" project had taken off over the last eight months.
"I'd really encourage you to get involved because no matter what, you're going get a whole lot of skills as a result, and make your CV look better," Jorgen told students.
So be in to win, and get your entry in by Friday May 1. This will be followed by a workshop on May 5. For more information, contact our CPIT Entre representative:
