The South Island Salon Culinaire national competition for cookery, bakery and front of house students, will be held at Ara Timaru Campus.
Live cooking competitions, static displays, school classes, open classes, cocktail and Barista competitions.

- Competitions - 8.30am to 4pm
- Prize giving - 6pm.
